Family Fun Magazine

Amazon.com is offering Family Fun magazine for $5/year. That's 10 magazines! I love that magazine and have found lots of fun ideas and projects in it! I actually have looked forward to going to my dentist's office because it's always there. Now I'll have my very own more than twice a year!

Free National Parks Week!

To make it easier to experience America's Great Outdoors, the National Park Service is waiving entrance fees, so visitors can enjoy all 392 national parks for free April 17-25. In addition, many national park concessioners are offering special promotions that are certain to add to your fun.

Free Bowling for Kids

It's back! You can register for 2 free games per day, per kid at the Centreville bowling alley. I think for Centreville it said it goes from mid April through mid September. You get emailed coupons each week. The first time I went last summer with my neighbor, they made us pay $3.50/kid to rent shoes and we thought it was a total rip-off. But I later found out that that was a mistake and the next time I went I think it was like $1/kid for the shoes. It starts getting pretty crowded especially towards the end of the summer, so start as soon as you can. Be a bowler!
