You can plug in different places you want to stop along the way and it will tell you different places to visit that are nearby.
um....food! Also, the alphabet game. Keep track of all the license plates and try to find all 50 states- that's all i can think of off the top of my head. Try familyfun.com for ideas. When are you going?
